This standing fruit bowl is clearly a European model, but the decoration of flowering prunus branches and chrysanthemums remains typically Chinese. The outer wall is bordered by a band in which medallions with flowers are carved, while the inner wall is highlighted by a medallion band decorated with small fishes.
