This scarab bears the throne name of Thutmosis IV (“mn-khprw-re”) in a cartouche flanked by two ostrich feathers (symbols of the goddess Maat) and the hieroglyph “nfr” on a “nb” basket. They form the royal epithet “nb m3at hfr”, ‘lord of the perfect justice’.
