This seal amulet in the shape of a kauri shell has a few hieroglyphs on the base: two “nfr” signs (‘good, beautiful’) stand on each side of a papyrus stalk “wAdj”, two life signs “ankh” flank a “nfr” sign and the whole is placed between “wdjat” eyes and two falcons. Both the composition and shape of the seal amulet date from the Second Intermediate Period.
