This fragment of a limestone statue shows Nebnefer, third prophet of Amun, sitting on a throne. Three sides are covered with hieroglyphic inscriptions, including a record of Nebnefer's appointment as chief of the measurers of Amun in the 20th regnal year of Amenhotep III, offering formulas, an invocation for the protection of Amun-Re, and a special appeal to the phyle of the priests. One of the texts mentions a cult for prince Wadjmes, son of Thutmoses I, who is known from a small chapel near the Ramesseum.
