This stela of a family from Abydos, which dates to the end of the 12th Dynasty, is characterised by the cornice and the framework, two decorative elements of false doors from the Old Kingdom. The flat part of the stela is divided into two registers. The upper part is devoted to the two main characters: the chancellor (High Steward) Henenu and his mother Hepy. They are seated on either side of an offering table. The lower part depicts the brother (?) of Henenu, who makes the gesture of worship in front of the offerings piled up on a table. He is flanked by a boy and a young girl.
